To make a reservation online, you must have an e-mail address. Any field marked with an asterisk (*) is a required field and must be filled out in order for your reservation to be accepted and processed.

Deposits and Payment:
Baja Mexico and British Columbia Departures
At time of reservation: $400 deposit
60 Days prior to departure: Balance of land cost.

Norway Departures
At time of reservation: $500 deposit
90 Days Prior to departure: Balance of land cost.

Galápagos, Vietnam, Croatia and other International Departures:
At time of reservation: $500
120 days prior to departure: $1000
90 days prior to departure: Balance of land cost

 All payments may be made by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard — Visa only for Canadian funds). Prices are in US or Canadian dollars as specified in the trip description and schedule. All payments are to be made in US or Canadian dollars. Immediately after we receive your deposit you will receive a detailed package with a clothing and equipment list, invoice, medical form, Release From Liability Agreement and other information needed to prepare for your trip. Due to the nature of international operations, prices are subject to change.

Many of our trips fill up several months in advance, so we suggest you reserve your space early.
